FOLK AND HAGGIS

The Folk and Haggis project was born out of our love for Scottish cuisine and the country’s folk music. We believed that by creating an activity that combined these two elements, we could highlight their value and allow visitors to experience Scottish culture in a fun and enriching way.

The central concept of the project is to provide customers with an immersive experience in Scottish culture, featuring a traditional Scottish dinner complemented by a folk music concert.

The experience begins with a reception, which includes a Scottish bagpiper and a photocall, allowing customers to capture a lasting memory of the experience.

After this, customers are guided to the restaurant where the dinner and concert take place.

Finally, participants have the opportunity to enjoy a whisky tasting guided by an expert in the field.
